Paid advertising creative review

To maintain consistency across the university, all creative produced by ASU units must be submitted through the form linked below for review and to ensure alignment with brand guidelines. To expedite review and approval, please upload viewable files only (PDF, PNG/JPG, MP4). Do not upload ZIP files – they cannot be viewed and slow down the review process.

 

Before submitting your creative

To help ensure a smooth and efficient review process, please confirm your materials meet these requirements:

  1. Use viewable file formats only: Upload creative as individual, viewable files (PDF, PNG/JPG, MP4). ZIP files should not be submitted, as they require additional processing and hinder timely review and clear feedback.
  2. Comply with ASU brand standards: Creative should use approved colors, typography, logos, writing style, imagery and formatting as detailed in the brand guide.
  3. Meet media specifications: The Brand team does not approve size, resolution or format, and technical requirements are not part of the creative review. Please consult with your media buyer.
  4. Provide clear labeling: File names should identify purpose, version or variant, and intended usage – making review more straightforward.
