How to access the ASU Brand Library

ASU faculty, staff and student workers:

1. To register, go to SelfSub.asu.edu and subscribe to Canto: Groups - ASU Employee.
2. In brandlibrary.asu.edu, click the “Login using SSO” button.
3. Canto sends you an email notifying you when you can start downloading from the ASU Brand Library.

Note: Access to ASU images is restricted to ASU faculty, staff and student workers. ASU students are not eligible for access. Partners, vendors and affiliates should use the application below.

Vendors:

1. Click the application form and fill out all required fields.
2. Our team will review and notify you of an approval.
3. Once approved, you can log into the ASU Brand Library.

Pricing:

If you are part of a unit interested in using Canto to house your own raw or completed photos and videos separate from the Enterprise account, a pricing breakdown can be found below. 

• 1 Admin and 1TB - $3000/year
• 1 Admin and 2TB - $4500/year
• 1 Admin and 3TB - $5750/year
• 1 Admin and 4TB - $6750/year
• 1 Admin and 5TB - $7500/year
  • Data Migration Services are a one-time $1000/TB fee
