Stova Events Management System (formerly Aventri)

Stova (formerly Aventri) is the university-provided events management platform. The registration module is a secure event registration, eCommerce and reporting engine.

Events managed through Stova should also be added to the official public-facing events calendar for the university, ASU Events. This ensures that your events feed into your websites and can also be found by the public. ASU Events is the most popular destination for people looking for events to attend at ASU.

Requesting an account

Users may request a Stova account through the Service Now catalog on MyASU.

User accounts may be requested by ASU staff, faculty, student workers. Third-party vendors working with units may also have access using ASU Courtesy Affiliate accounts.

The Office of University Events and Protocol (OUEP) offers webinars covering the many features of Stova. View the latest schedule of webinars.

Stova also offers on-demand training videos. Access to the training videos is provided through your Stova user account.
