Wrike project management

Everyone manages projects — even if “project manager” isn’t in your title. Whether you’re a marketer, a creative director or an IT professional, you may already be familiar with the project management tool Wrike. Wrike offers unique functionality that helps teams work smarter by streamlining work, strengthening collaboration and increasing visibility across projects.

ASU currently holds more than 400 licenses of Wrike and that number continues to grow. We have recently worked with Wrike to negotiate a bulk license discount for its Enterprise Pinnacle plan

What this means for you: Previously, licenses and features were determined by the number of licenses an individual unit purchased. While units will still maintain their own contracts and Wrike instances, they can now take advantage of the bulk license discount and enhanced feature set at a significantly discounted rate.

Top highlights of Wrike's new licensing structure for ASU:

Discounted license cost

ASU units can take advantage of the bulk license rate of $28 per user, per month*.

*Please note this price does not include mark-up from approved resellers.

Expanded features

The Enterprise Pinnacle plan includes all the features available to users on FreeProfessionalBusiness Plus and Enterprise Standard accounts, as well as:

  • Sharepoint, Bynder and MediaValet integrations.
  • HTML proofing.
  • Advanced resource management.
  • Budgeting.
  • Locked Spaces.
  • Wrike Analyze for advanced reporting and business intelligence.

Secure sign-on and admin permissions

  • Wrike has gone through the necessary Information Security Office reviews within Enterprise Technology and is an approved software.
  • The Enterprise Pinnacle plan allows for single sign-on (SSO) through your ASURITE credentials. We will be providing some documentation in the near future on how to set that up for your unit.
  • Wrike allows for the use of controlled admin permissions to strategically assign admin roles and responsibilities. You can give admins on Enterprise accounts all or some of the available admin permissions.
