My ASU ads are the visual messages that link to a webpage for more information. Ads can be scheduled for students and faculty/staff pages.
Faculty and staff can request access to the application to create and submit ads for approval. You will need to complete a brief Canvas course and then submit a ServiceNow request form provided at the end of the training. All ads created will need to go through a governance process to be approved and published before they will display on My ASU.
If you are a student representing an organization that would like to get an ad published to other students, please contact Academic Enrollment Communications as soon as possible to schedule the ad, as they are scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis and dates fill quickly.
