Execution of the brand takes center stage

Compelling events don’t just happen. They require a carefully designed strategy, plus ample time for planning and managing the myriad details that must come together. Congratulations to the ASU communicators involved in the Office of the President’s recent Community Conversation, an example of a compelling event enhanced by brand execution. Conquer Gen Z: insights from Google’s education evangelist-

What you need to know about the first truly native digital generation, those students headed to a college near you … now. Jaime Casap, education evangelist at Google (and a two-degree Sun Devil!), shared key insights on what makes this generation tick at the recent Marketing Hub All-Hands meeting. “The things we used to pitch to students may not work for this generation,” he told attendees. If you missed the meeting or would like a refresher, here’s the video. (Be sure to use the password: ASU.)

feedback button

New instant feedback for websites

We’re excited to announce a free service that lets your website visitors send feedback through the click of a button, with no web development work required! Foresee’s new on-page surveys provide sophisticated feedback forms, including star ratings and diagnostic feedback, so your team can quickly troubleshoot issues. Best of all, the surveys can be turned on through code already installed on your website. See for an example (the “Feedback” button is in the lower right), and contact Stacy Holmstedt to sign up.
